I love working with women struggling with anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, and depression. I have extensive history working with individuals suffering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders or with the family members who love them. Through therapy I hope to open doors to new ideas and make life feel worth living. I put focus on establishing healthy boundaries and developing coping skills to deal with current life stressors, while examining the potential underlying issues and treating the whole person. I hope to help my clients reveal their true, authentic selves and harness their full potentials.
